We are seeking an intelligent, professional, positive-minded individual with excellent time management skills with ability to work on a number of projects at the same time.
Responsibilities:
- This position will create accurate and competitive estimates that not only secure the work but are also profitable.
- Work with clients to keep projects on budget by providing estimating support.
- Build professional relationships with clients and subcontractors to assist with Business Development estimators
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
- 0-3 years of previous estimating experience
- Ability to read plans and specifications and perform quantity surveys
- Understanding of Construction Systems and CSI codes
- Working knowledge of building codes and ADA laws
- Basic conceptual estimating skills for relevant types of projects
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience in Timberline estimating, On-Screen Take-off preferred
