RJM Construction is currently seeking a Project Assistant at our corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers and overall team to construction project completion
- Communicate with internal and external client contacts regarding project status, issues and plans
- Process proposals and contracts
- Administer new job start-up, record maintenance, and project close-out
- Issue and track schedules, purchase orders, change orders, RFP's, RFI's, submittals and punchlists
- Assist with reconciliation of project accounting
- General customer service and client relations
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of general administrative experience, within Construction industry or Project Management field preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in Timberline preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must have a can-do, enthusiastic attitude and be able to multi-task and prioritize .
