PROJECT ASSISTANT
RJM Construction is currently seeking a Project Assistant at our corporate headquarters.

St. Louis Park, MN 55426

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and overall team to construction project completion
  • Communicate with internal and external client contacts regarding project status, issues and plans
  • Process proposals and contracts
  • Administer new job start-up, record maintenance, and project close-out
  • Issue and track schedules, purchase orders, change orders, RFP's, RFI's, submittals and punchlists
  • Assist with reconciliation of project accounting
  • General customer service and client relations

Requirements:

  1. Four-year college degree preferred
  2. Minimum of 3+ years of general administrative experience, within Construction industry or Project Management field preferred
  3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  4. Experience in Timberline preferred
  5. Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  6. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  7. Must have a can-do, enthusiastic attitude and be able to multi-task and prioritize .
