Robert Jossart began RJM Construction along with business partner Joseph Maddy on a fundamental principle: to serve the client. Bob has held positions in estimating, construction operations and project management, as well as various executive positions throughout his career. His experience has given him a thorough understanding of virtually every type of construction system and provides valuable insight to the RJM team as decisions about project cost and schedule are made.
Bob is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and has served as a member of the Minneapolis Downtown Council.

Joseph Maddy has been a leader at RJM since he and Bob co-founded the company. Following his service in the United States Navy, Joe was a cost estimator and project manager for a large construction firm, responsible for services ranging from schematic estimating to project completion on projects nationwide. In his current role, Joe provides leadership and oversight of project management and field operations at RJM.
Joe is a member of Twin Cities Healthcare Engineers Association (TCHEA) and is a certified member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).

Brian Recker began his professional career as a structural engineer. During this time, he designed commercial construction projects based on client requirements and completed field observations and verification. As vice president at RJM, Brian’s leadership responsibilities cover the entire scope of a project from preconstruction through project completion. Brian is known for his strong organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate with the entire team.

In his role, Bruce Halbasch leads and manages business development and marketing efforts for RJM Construction in Minneapolis, Denver and Phoenix. Halbasch previously worked for an Engineering News-Record top 100 general contractor, and has served in senior economic development positions with the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development, the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce and the Detroit Lakes Economic Development Commission.
Bruce is active in numerous professional associations including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), CoreNet Global, the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), and the Economic Development Association of Minnesota (EDAM).

Paul Wade oversees daily operations of RJM's accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, project costing and cash flow. He also leads annual budget development and forecasting, and serves as liaison for RJM's audit process.
Prior to joining RJM Construction, Paul spent nine years as an assistant controller for a $1 billion business unit of a global engineering corporation. In addition to his finance duties, he assisted the corporation with three significant acquisitions of control systems.
Paul received his Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation from the Construction Financial Managers Association in 2008.
