COLUMBINE PROFESSIONAL BUILDING
Arvada, Colorado

A two story medical office building overlooking Arvada lake. The building features many exterior decks and a dramatic entry prow that mirrors tself on the opposite side. There are two large flagstone fountains that accent the core and lake side plaza areas. The west view plaza and patio area connects with a lake edge walkway. RJM also completed the tenant interior finish work for a variety of tenants. Ojala & Company proudly earned a design award for the project.
