Building a small flex office building that has charm and architectural character for a spec budget is always a challenge. RJM Construction and Ojala & Company succeeded in creating this at Lot 6, Building 1 of Coors Tech Center. The building has recessed windows, generous architectural detailing and a cast simulated stone band around the building.
