RJM Construction developed a strategy for retailer Golfsmith, in conjunction with Kimco Realty Corporation, to complete the partial demolition and extensive renovation of a former Franks Nursery site, within a 90 day deadline. The project was awarded based on our ability to understand the complexity of the project and see the project as a whole. The project was completed three days ahead of schedule and met the client's need of opening in time to capture the spring rush of golf equipment customers. |
