This project consisted of the large-scale renovation of an unusual and dilapidated warehouse and manufacturing facility. The project was completed in five months, including high-end office space as well as a highly efficient manufacturing facility. This project was awarded the Business Journal’s Best Large Space Renovation in 2005.
