PENN - LOWRY CROSSINGS
Minneapolis, Minnesota

**2008 NAIOP Awards of Excellence Recipient**

Penn-Lowry Crossings, a two-story 46,000 SF mixed-use center, was built by RJM Construction. The center was planned for the Camden neighborhood of north Minneapolis to help revitalize a struggling community. To promote a welcoming atmosphere, stores now face the sidewalk and a bus stop is part of the site. Brick and pre-cast stone were used on the building exterior to blend with the urban scene.
