SUPERIOR OFFICE CENTER
Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Superior Office Center is a 92,000 SF office building located in Eden Prairie near the intersection of highways 169 and 62. RJM worked with United Properties and Pope Architects to develop this single-story office building which includes a loading dock, shower and locker room facilities. Extensive landscaping was also included in the project. As the final phase of the project, RJM completed the interiors of the building for the lone tenant, Fingerhut.
