FRANCE PLACE OFFICE CENTER RENOVATION
RJM Construction was hired as the preconstruction and construction phase project manager to help deliver the owner's goals. Upgrades included installing panels on the exterior of the building, new public entrances, new landscaping, elevator equipment upgrades, and ADA-compliant restrooms. Common area finish renovations were also integrated into the project to give the interior of the building a modern look.
