The RJM Construction team built out the top two floors of the 8500 Tower within the Normandale Lakes Office Park in Bloomington, for Collins, the sixth largest reinsurance brokerage company in the country. The 18-month project included construction of an open-tread, switchback stair adjoining the two floors, a high-tech analytic training center and high end custom finishes throughout.
