ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE ASSOCIATES
Environmental Resource Associates (ERA) is a high-end office and laboratory build-out, consisting of approximately 50 percent office and 50 percent laboratory. The space is furnished with upgraded tenant finish improvements with many employee amenities including: a full commercial kitchen, work out area, and locker room areas. Because of the nature of testing at this facility, special care was taken with the water, electrical, and HVAC systems to create a harmonious environment for this water testing facility.
