RJM Construction was hired to build a 320,000 sq. ft. industrial building.

Located on a 22-acre lot in Maple Grove, the business park features 45 loading docks, three drive-ins, and 32-foot ceilings to accommodate various warehouse needs. Significant soil corrections occurred during the winter months. The project team worked closely with the owner, subcontractors, engineers and the testing agency in developing a cost effective solution to complete the project on time. While the building was under construction, RJM also completed the interior build out for Bunzl Distribution. Bunzl currently occupies 155,000 sq. ft. of the building.
