TSI, a global leader in the design and production of measurement instruments, hired RJM to build a 57,000 sq. ft., two-story addition.

Located in Shoreview, the facility expanded existing clean rooms and manufacturing areas and added engineering office space and research laboratories.The project involved removal of the existing precast panels and temporary enclosures to separate construction from the occupied building. Detailed logistics were planned over multiple phases of construction, paying close attention to utility connections and clean air requirements. The parking lot was also expanded, requiring careful coordination to maintain the existing lot and building entrance.
