CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Whether you need RJM to manage a ground-up project or interior improvement, we can manage all the details of your construction project. We work with owners, architects and contractors to carefully manage the budget and schedule while assuring the highest quality for the project owner.

We work with the entire project team to maintain communication between all parties throughout all phases of work. The construction management team also coordinates on-site activities.

RJM is a leader delivering under the Construction Manager (CM) contract. This alternative approach to "design-bid-build" reflects our corporate philosophies of partnership and collaboration, as we oversee the construction process entirely on the owner's behalf. In addition to the CM-Agency contract, RJM is an innovator executing CM-At Risk contracts, assuming all contractual and legal risks.
