The process begins with the identification of project schedule, budget and occupancy goals. A project schedule is then developed, including the elements of design, pre-construction, construction and occupancy. Simultaneously, the budget is developed, identifying all costs: development, design, construction and equipment. Every step of the way is built around the goal of serving the clients’ needs.
