MINNEAPOLIS (May 12, 2014) — RJM Construction, a Minneapolis-based general contractor, has hired Ken Baumann as superintendent. In his new role, Baumann will oversee and coordinate construction projects, subcontractors, material deliveries, safety and quality control.
Baumann is a 27-year construction veteran with 19 years of project superintendent experience. Most recently, he served as project superintendent for a local construction contractor. His project history includes retail, education, government and medical facilities.
Baumann graduated from the Carpenters Apprenticeship School in St. Paul. He also completed superintendent training courses at Dunwoody College of Technology. He earned his Health Care Construction Certificate in 2006 and completed Construction Organizing Membership Education Training.
In addition to Baumann, RJM Construction has recently hired many new general construction laborers to meet increased demand. In the last two months, 15 have joined the team.
