DENVER (Nov. 11, 2014) — RJM Construction, a Denver general contractor, recently hired Harry Knight as a senior project manager. In his new role, Knight will oversee all aspects of contract administration, including composing bid packages and directing the bidding and award process. Knight is already managing a variety of projects at RJM Construction, ranging from office to health care and senior housing.
Knight has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He is experienced in representing project owners and contractors in project meetings, supervising the preparation of value engineering and negotiating contract terms. Previously, he was vice president at Colcon Development.
Knight attended the University of Colorado. A LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), he is also a member of industry organizations including LEAN Construction Institute, Association of Civil Engineers and the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE).
