RJM to build space for Jostens at Minnesota Center

MINNEAPOLIS (April 23, 2018) — RJM Construction, a Minnesota-based general contractor, has been selected by Jostens to renovate space within Minnesota Center for their new headquarters. CBRE has been providing owners representation services for Jostens and will oversee the relocation.

Spanning three floors, the 58,600 sq.-ft. buildout includes office space, conference rooms and an expansive break area. Select conference rooms include operable partitions to maximize flexibility and functionality. In addition, the main elevator lobby will have a custom millwork display to showcase Jostens’ variety of products.

“Jostens is excited to work with RJM Construction to design an innovative, state-of-the-art work space for our employees that matches and further unleashes their creativity,” said Chuck Mooty, Jostens CEO.  “Recruiting and retaining the best talent is critical to the growth of our business and our organization, and our new headquarters will help us achieve both.”

The project is scheduled to be complete by the end of June. In addition to CBRE and RJM, the project team includes architect Perkins + Will.
