GOLDEN VALLEY (March 20, 2019) — RJM Construction, a Minnesota-based general contractor, has promoted Stacy Arnold to safety manager. In her new role, Arnold will direct, enforce and train safety procedures on construction projects.
Arnold joined RJM Construction in 2014. She began as a project engineer and grew into a project manager role, before transitioning to safety manager.
“We’re excited to have Stacy play an integral role in RJM’s safety program,” stated John Boben, vice president of safety. “Her background gives credibility as a partner in the field to review safety programs, identify risks and train safe behaviors.”
Arnold holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University in Moorhead, Minn., as well as an associate degree in architectural construction technology from St. Cloud Technical College. She has received OSHA 500 and 510 construction safety training, ICRA and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) training.
In addition to her role at RJM, Arnold is a board member of the Association for Women Contractors (AWC), and an active member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW).
