Children’s Learning Adventure project underway

November 19, 2015

MINNEAPOLIS (November 19, 2015) — RJM Construction, a Minneapolis-based general contractor, broke ground last month on a unique 33,000 square-foot child care center. Located near the intersection of Interstate 494 and Bass Lake Road in Maple Grove, this will be Children’s Learning Adventure’s first facility in the Twin Cities.

Based in Arizona, Children’s Learning Adventure facilities are learning environments catering to a variety of age groups including infant care, toddler care, preschool/Pre-K, afterschool programs and summer camp programs. High-end amenities include a dance studio, music room, bowling lane and a variety of indoor and outdoor play spaces.

“This project aligns well with RJM’s experience building community centers and custom installations,” stated Brad Barickman, vice president. “We’re pleased to help bring the concept to our market.”

Construction is scheduled to be complete in May of 2016. The architectural partner on the project is CASCO.
