MINNEAPOLIS (October 24, 2016) — RJM Construction, a Minneapolis-based general contractor, has been selected by Frauenshuh to build a 6,200 square-foot dental clinic for The Dental Specialists in Coon Rapids. The new clinic will initially be dedicated to oral surgery, endodontics and orthodontics, with other dental specialists eventually practicing in the facility.
Located at 3360 Northdale Boulevard Northwest, the building will feature a brick, glass and EIFS exterior with metal panel accents. Site work will include parking lots, landscaping and an infiltration pond.
“We’re excited to bring together this highly skilled team to help our long-time client expand and better serve the needs of its customers,” said Ross Hedlund, Vice President with Frauenshuh.
The Dental Specialists’ new location is scheduled to open in the spring of 2017. In addition to RJM, the project team includes shell architect SRa, civil and structural engineer BKBM, and interior design by numbernine Studio.
