MINNEAPOLIS (December 21, 2016) — RJM Construction, a Minneapolis-based general contractor, has been selected by Hmong College Prep Academy to build a new addition, sports fields, and remodeling of a portion of their charter school.
Located at 1515 Brewster Street in St. Paul, the project will consist of an elementary school addition of approximately 90,000 square feet. The addition/remodeled area will include approximately 55 classrooms, a media center, and a high school gym space. Construction is scheduled to begin in March 2017, with a portion of the space opening to students the following fall. In addition to RJM, the project team includes Kodet Architectural Group. The team assisted Hmong Academy with their last significant construction project in 2013.
