In loving memory of Michael J. Coyle

MICHAEL J. COYLE

March 28, 1955 – December 30, 2022

We’re deeply saddened by the passing of a very influential, and in many ways, a founding team member, Mike Coyle. Mike passed away following a courageous battle with Parkinson’s and Lewy Body Disease. Mike’s resilience, reliability, and grit were a daily part of his 20-year career here at RJM.

He served as a Superintendent on several key projects before his promotion to General Superintendent, where he oversaw our team through years of growth and development. Mike was a proud member of the carpenters union for 44 years. He helped shape who we are today, and we’re forever grateful for his contributions.

We often heard from clients, subcontractors, and our field staff what an asset he was to the team, being hailed as “one of the best.” His legacy and work ethic lives on through the many superintendents and foremen he developed and also through his son Brandon, one of RJM’s laborers. We send our heartfelt condolences to Brandon, Mike’s wife Kim, and the entire Coyle family.
