Letter from President Brian Recker, July 2021

July 26, 2021

At RJM last week we celebrated the return of all employees to the office. It’s been well over a year since our entire team has had the opportunity to work in person together and socialize without COVID-19 protocols in place. The Employee Engagement Committee worked to develop a fun schedule of daily activities and contests (and most importantly, kept an endless supply of ice cream treats in the freezer). We capped things off with a food truck, bag tournament, dunk tank, and happy hour on Thursday.

Along with welcoming familiar faces back to RJM, it is great to see so many new team members who have come on board since the spring.

This energizing mix of both new and existing team members and interns is exciting to see as we move ahead with our projects into the fall.

I want to thank everyone – our staff, clients, and partners – for getting through the past 18 months of unprecedented challenges brought on by the pandemic. The RJM team has proven that we are a resilient bunch and will do what it takes to keep things running smoothly for our clients.
