MINNEAPOLIS (June 30, 2016) — RJM Construction, a Minneapolis-based general contractor, was selected by MSP Commercial to build their new 17,000 sq.-ft. medical center in Isanti, Minn. Construction began last month, and is scheduled to be complete in October.
Located at the intersection of Highway 65 and Heritage Boulevard, the single-story medical office building will be occupied by Allina Health. The clinic will provide family practice, pregnancy care, specialty care and mental health care.
When complete, exterior features will include brick, glass curtain wall, and a prominent patient entrance with canopy.
The team celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony on June 9. Stated in the Isanti County News, “Architects and planners for the new clinic have been talking to patients about the design and construction that will best support a healing environment for patients, community members and guests, as well as a work environment that is safe, healthy and effective for providers and staff members.”
In addition to RJM and MSP Commercial, the project team includes architect BDH & Young. This will be the third project RJM has completed for MSP Commercial.
