RJM Construction worked closely with the building owner and the tenant to transform the former St. Paul Norwest Bank into a contemporary Alliance Bank. The focal point of the space is the old 30′ x 70′ concrete bank vault, which was converted into an executive lounge and corporate board room. Due to the time that the space had been vacant, the entire space had to be abated, and new HVAC systems were installed.
