Anselm House, a collegiate center for Christian studies, was looking for space to expand their community to the University of Minnesota’s Minneapolis campus.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Anselm House worked with Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate to hire RJM and LHB to build out their new 18,000sf lower-level study center on Washington Ave.

The focal point of the space is a new open staircase from the main floor lobby down to the lower level study center. The lower level will host an event venue along with offices, seminar space, and common/lounge areas for students.

The space will be open to students in late 2022.
