RJM Construction built 20,500 sq. ft. of office space for Ascend Learning's MedHub and FISDAP offices within the historic 510 Marquette building in downtown Minneapolis.

Glass office fronts and 20-foot exposed ceilings throughout the space provide natural lighting and bring to life the historic features of the building. A free-standing ceiling system over the offices was engineered independently of the building structure to ensure the architectural aesthetic remained clear of the infrastructure.

RJM successfully achieved this design vision by holding regular pre-installation and coordination meetings to pinpoint exact equipment locations allowing us to address each potential conflict creatively without impacting design.
