RJM Construction completed a second charter school for Athlos Academies in St. Cloud.

The 87,000 square-foot charter school is located on a 13-acre site on the south side of St. Cloud. Crews worked through unforeseen soil corrections while holding to the promised project schedule. The school will initially serve 800 students in grades K-6, with the capacity to grow to accommodate 1,200 students in grades K-8. The facility reflects the school’s way of learning: Prepared Mind, Healthy Body, and Performance Character. RJM built state-of-the-art classrooms and fully equipped indoor athletic facilities with both hardwood court and turf field space. The property also has outdoor athletic fields and a playground area.
