Bhatti GI Clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center

Bhatti GI expanded its services to patients by hiring RJM Construction to construct a new 80,000sf medical office building in Edina.

RJM Construction worked alongside Pope Design Group to construct a new four-story building after the demolition of an existing building.

The demolition of the existing building took place before the construction of the new four-story building. The bottom two levels are parking to eliminate a surface parking lot due to square footage constraints. The upper two levels house the Bhatti GI clinic and ambulatory surgery center.

If required, the new building has the structural capacity to expand another three levels in the future.
