In recent years, staffing needs for the City of Blaine have grown due to rapid development across the community. In April of 2021, RJM began work on a build-out of the open space on the third floor of the city hall to accommodate more employees.
The remodel includes additional offices, conference rooms, and a break room space on the third floor. The project team also converted the existing second-floor office space into office space for Blaine’s police department. The existing police department space will undergo renovation to fit their current needs better.
