Blaine City Hall Remodel

The City of Blaine hired RJM Construction to remodel and expand their existing city hall to keep up with population growth in their community.

In recent years, staffing needs for the City of Blaine have grown due to rapid development across the community. In April of 2021, RJM began work on a build-out of the open space on the third floor of the city hall to accommodate more employees.

The remodel includes additional offices, conference rooms, and a break room space on the third floor. The project team also converted the existing second-floor office space into office space for Blaine’s police department. The existing police department space will undergo renovation to fit their current needs better.
