Revitalized Downtown St. Cloud: Bremer Bank's new full-service branch built with RJM on the site of the former city hall

The RJM team and project partners Frauenshuh, Inc and Inventure Properties were instrumental in the $8 million Highbanks Plaza Bremer Bank location. The two-story branch, spanning nearly 20,000 square feet, features modern, collaborative features throughout its interior and was carefully crafted to complement the surrounding neighborhood’s architectural style and historical context. Located at the southeast corner of Second Street South and Fifth Avenue South, this fully updated branch sits on the former St. Cloud City Hall building site, which has been demolished as part of the redevelopment.

“The new Highbanks Plaza site is ideal for Bremer Bank’s newest location serving the St. Cloud community. The design and construction speak to the existing and future needs of Bremer’s customers in the area, and the RJM team is proud to have been chosen again as Bremer’s construction partner for this new venture.
