RJM Construction was hired to remodel CentraCare’s birthing center.

Careful coordination with the project team was required in order to successfully work around the existing medical surgical inpatient care rooms. The birthing center was completely remodeled with all new finishes, lighting, and mechanical systems. A warm color palette was used throughout the suite to create a calming atmosphere. Each birthing room features a whirlpool tub and bathing sink with overhead heat lamps. The nursery was expanded to accommodate the additional birthing rooms and a family room was added to the suite. The restrooms were updated with all new finishes and flooring. To ensure the safety and comfort patients, the entire suite was equipped with a TotGuard infant security system.
