RJM worked with the City of Ramsey to build a new 93,000-square-foot public works facility, completed on budget and ahead of schedule
We welcomed this opportunity to offer our Construction Manager Agency (CMa) services to the team at Ramsey to replace the outdated existing facility.
This new, award-winning, efficient space was created to serve the community, city staff, vehicles, and equipment. The building includes a storage area for the city’s vehicle fleet, a fleet maintenance shop, offices for public works employees, and community space.
MEP components relating to power, compressed air, and water connections are all especially critical to the operation of this type of facility. Our project team worked closely with all subcontractors to ensure the work met the design vision and owner expectations.
We are proud to have partnered with the Ramsey team on this new public works facility that will serve their community for years to come! We also had the pleasure to work once again with our frequent community-market design partner Oertel Architects.
