RJM Construction was selected by the Excelsior Group to renovate the historic Colonial Warehouse in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood.

Interior renovations included the front reception area, guest restrooms, co-working spaces, and fitness center. The exterior building façade was updated with a metal panel design and LED sign feature.

The RJM team worked closely with the owner to modify construction details to align with historical elements of the building. Intentional design and planning enabled the team to seamlessly address unforeseen conditions.
