Carousel Motor Group selected RJM Construction to build a two-story automotive dealership in Coon Rapids.

The facility features contemporary finishes, service bays and a vehicle lift to the second-floor display area overlooking Minnesota Highway 10. The facility was built adjacent to the original facility, which remained open throughout construction. This challenging site logistic was mitigated by establishing clear expectations and continuous communication.
