Crown Iron Works, a global supplier of oilseed extraction technology, refining plants, and equipment, selected RJM Construction to create an office build-out.

Crown Iron Works needed a more modern office space to meet their changing company needs. The build-out included both closed and open office spaces, a large training room, a reception area, and a breakroom. An extraction plant is on the east side of the office building, which incorporated a conveyor structure connected to the warehouse to carry over the product.

The team had to work on-site alongside other general contractors, which involved clear communication and coordination to ensure the schedule stayed on track.
