Global Academy selected RJM Construction to renovate a former seminary into an expanded facility for the award-winning charter school.

The school’s large, sprawling campus consists of five connected buildings offering views of the mature, green surroundings. The renovation features a two-story main lobby, spacious classrooms, and gymnasium addition. The primary challenge was to remove portions of the existing roof to accommodate the new structure’s columns. The team worked closely to resolve this throughout the renovation, all the while keeping the building enclosed and watertight.
