Park Nicollet Health Services hired RJM Construction to build a 700-sq. ft . addition to Methodist Hospital.

The two-story build out allows the hospital room for growth and provides an additional MRI imaging department.

The project scope included a 7,000 sq. ft. renovation of the existing MRI suite with updates to the patient waiting area, IV consult rooms, staff areas and a 10,000 sq. ft. outdoor courtyard remodel.

The project has been highly visual Patients, hospital staff, and community members enjoyed watching the project unfold, with most of the work taking place inside the hospital’s main courtyard. The project team removed the old MRI equipment – each weighing over 11,000 pounds – through the roof of the hospital.
