RJM began construction in 2014, meticulously phasing Methodist hospital’s patient tower project.

Floor by floor, Methodist Hospital is modernizing their patient tower into larger, private rooms with elements designed to promote healing. Each of the four floors are completely demolished and rebuilt, complete with new HVAC, exterior windows, finishes and improved circulation. Sensitive to fluctuating patient censuses, the team utilizes lean construction methods to reduce schedule duration.

Work on the final two floors of the project is currently underway.
