The Minneapolis City Council Chambers underwent a major historic renovation.

The renovation includes decorative plaster restoration and reproduction, mural reproductions, marble wainscot and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. There was extreme emphasis placed on re-creating the historical qualities of the original construction. As a result of a successful completion the project team received several awards.
