Plymouth City Center Medical Building is a key addition to the City of Plymouth’s City Center district.

With notable anchor tenants such as North Clinic, North Memorial and the Institute for Athletic Medicine, the building gives residents access to an array of healthcare services. The project team utilized recycled class 5 gravel when preparing the site, and incorporated local materials in the construction of the building. Energy efficient resources such as low-emissive windows and high efficiency mechanical systems were installed. In addition, the bike path on the site provides easy accessibility for alternative transportation. Building challenges were addressed in collaborative approach, and the team successfully maximized functionality and aesthetic appeal. The project’s efficient cost design provided tenants competitive market rental rates.
