RJM Construction was selected by Portland Tower as their construction manager for the mixed-use condominium project at South Eighth Street and Portland Avenue South in downtown Minneapolis.

The 17-story, 338,000-sq.-ft. building, includes underground and above-ground parking, retail space and 112 individually owned units. RJM Construction faced challenging site logistics as they managed the core and shell construction. The project was erected on a dense parcel of land adjacent to occupied residences. Extra care was taken in coordinating site logistics including excavation, material storage and traffic control. RJM relied upon adaptability and clear communication to mitigate the challenges.
