Spectrum High School selected RJM to expand its campus by converting an office/ warehouse building into a middle school.
The 36,000-sq. ft. facility serves 7th and 8th grade students and consists of classrooms, administration area and cafeteria. The project also included a building addition to accommodate a gymnasium for the growing charter school.
Closely collaborating with the project team and vendors for just-in-time delivery and installation allowed the compressed schedule to be completed in time for the start of the school year.
