RJM Construction built a 61,000 SF facility for Twin Cities Academy, a nationally ranked charter school.

The site is a former location of concrete manufacturer Cemstone. Extensive remediation was required to prepare the site, including the demolition of an abandoned plant and concrete debris removal.

Serving students in grades 6 through 12, the two-story building holds 28 classrooms, a media center, gymnasium space, softball field, and regulation size soccer field. The school has planned for continued growing enrollment, with capacity for 620 students.
