Twin Cities Orthopedics selected RJM Construction to build out eight overnight recovery care suites in the 3rd floor shell space of the Minnesota Drive location in Edina.

Features include accessible bathrooms with zero-entry showers and a physical therapy area for recovery purposes.

The existing features of the mechanical systems in the building shell space posed difficulties in maintaining firewalls. Through problem solving and creativity the team was able to achieve met the code requirements without sacrificing what was the vision desired by the owner and architect alike.
