V3 Center

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

V3 Sports is bringing a community facility back to North Minneapolis after hiring RJM to construct a new 41,664SF building on the corner of Plymouth Avenue North and North Lyndale Avenue.

V3 Sports’ mission is to provide health, wellness, equity, and opportunity through fitness, water safety, education, and economic impact. The V3 Center will create a welcoming environment to help that mission stand true.

The facility will include a 50-meter pool that was used for the 2021 Olympic swim trials and a 25-meter training pool. It will also contain spaces for running, walking, and biking as well as wellness-related retail and community gathering spaces.

The project will be split into two phases. Phase 1 is slated to be complete in Spring 2024.
