Late this summer and early fall the RJM teams wrapped up several projects in each of our markets. Here are just a few highlights:
We finished another project with the Carousel Motor Group on its Ferrari Minneapolis dealership, one of only 45 in the country.
Twin Cities Orthopedics expanded its services in the East Metro by relocating to a new, ground-up facility in Oak Park Heights.
The City of Ramsey now has a completely updated and efficient public works facility, completed within budget and ahead of schedule.
The RJM community team completed the majority of the New Ulm Recreation Center Expansion project in September.
Together with TRI-Construction we delivered Gateway Place, a much-needed workforce housing project for the West St. Paul community in Dakota County.
Take 5 Oil Change hired RJM to refresh their existing facility in Blaine this month, and to build a new ground-up facility in Hopkins next year.
RJM Construction was chosen by Animal Emergency and Referral Center of Minnesota (AERC) to build a new facility located at 1160 Helmo Avenue in Oakdale. Construction is underway with completion set for fall 2022.
RJM broke ground on the North Metro Regional Public Safety Training Facility on October 21, celebrating with local officials from the cities of Maple Grove, Plymouth, and Brooklyn Park.
Anselm House is a faith-based organization at the University of Minnesota. RJM is partnering with LHB Architects to renovate their new location in Stadium Village.
In late October, RJM started the Running Aces Casino, Hotel & Racetrack exterior refresh project, including installation of a new canopy. The work will be completed in spring 2022.
