Located on the United Hospital campus, this medical office building was under new ownership and in need of an extensive renovation. RJM Construction was hired to coordinate the efforts of the architect, establish an engineering team and secure the services of multiple contractors to perform the scope of work – complex exterior upgrades, interior finish remodel and elevator equipment modernization. The biggest challenge of the project was removing a section of the exterior skin to accommodate a larger, more contemporary entryway and waiting area. Additionally, RJM maintained communications with the existing building tenant, the City of St. Paul and United Hospital for the building owner, to uphold the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
